Broadway In Fort Lauderdale
Broadway in Fort Lauderdale Season Subscribers with Full Season Plans can exchange tickets should conflict arise. Exchanges and additional tickets will be made from the best available seating. Exchanges for 2016/2017 are now available.
Ticket exchanges by phone may be done by calling 800.764.0700 (M–F, 9am to 5pm ET). Please have your tickets in hand when calling to exchange by phone as we will ask you for a set of security numbers to verify the tickets. Please note, exchanges done by phone will incur a $3 per ticket convenience fee.
Online exchanges are now available to Season Subscribers for free via BroadwayInFortLauderdale.com. Simply click “Manage My Tickets” under the “Subscriptions” menu at the top of the homepage, log-in to select the event you want to exchange, and follow the drop down option to “Exchange Seats.”MANAGE ACCOUNT
Visit the Broadway Window at Broward Center's AutoNation Box Office located at 201 SW 5th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 (September through June, Monday - Friday, 10am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm)
Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. Tickets must be exchanged two business days before your regularly scheduled performance and by Friday at 3:00 pm for Saturday and Sunday performances. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seat location. Your subscriber pricing, if applicable, will be honored if you exchange your tickets. However, when exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced performance or into VIP Seating, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Exchanges may only be made for a different performance of the same show.
Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public; however, you may place your order at any time prior to the performance (subject to availability). Show dates, on sale dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change without notice. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you have agreed to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America®. Doing so will constitute a breach of this season ticket privilege and the account holder will be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats. No refunds. Limit 8 additional tickets per show, per household.
The price of each full subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $37 in handling fees, a total of $30 in facility fees, and, if applicable, the Broadway Premiere or LATAM Airlines Club Level subscription fee noted below. Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. Patron Subscriptions located in the LATAM Airlines Club Level (Mezzanine Center Rows C-J) are assessed a fee of $60 per show ticket included in the 6-show subscription package ($360 total per subscription seat) by the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in addition to the mezzanine level subscription package price. LATAM Airlines Club Level subscribers receive private access to an exclusive lounge, luxury seating, complimentary food and beverage service and complimentary valet parking. The LATAM Airlines Club Level subscription fee is retained 100% by the Broward Center to cover the cost of these patron benefits.
Broadway Premiere subscriptions (Orchestra Center Rows D - X/Orchestra Left & Right E - X/ Orchestra Boxes/Mezzanine A & B) include an additional $95.00 fee for each seat purchased. Broadway Premiere subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public as well as access to a special concierge in NYC for Broadway ticket needs when traveling.
Family & Mini Packages
The price of each Family and Mini package seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $37 in handling fees, a total of $20 in facility fees and is not applicable to the Broadway Premiere or LATAM Airlines Club Level subscription fee. Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and your fellow audience members. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theatre. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.
A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age. Parents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their children.
Accessible seating, assistive listening amplification system, and American Sign Language interpretation are available. If you have an emergency issue that needs to be addressed prior to a show, and outside of our normal business hours, please contact the venue. Broward Center for the Performing Arts emergency phone line is 954.468.3338. Anyone calling the theatre in an emergency must know your name and seat location, so please be sure to leave this information with family or babysitters.
We want to make sure you continue to receive important information on a timely basis. In order to ensure the security of your account all changes must be submitted in writing. There are a few easy ways to make changes to your phone, address, or e-mail:
1. Log in to the Subscriber’s online account at BroadwayInFortLauderdale.com. Under the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of the webpage, select “Manage My Tickets” and login using your account ID/e-mail address and password.
2. E-mail FortLauderdaleService@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com with your account number, old address, new address, and phone number.
3. Mail your updated information along with your account number to:

If you have purchased from an authorized ticket source, such as www.browardcenter.org, www.fortlauderdale.broadway.com, or the Broward Center's AutoNation box office, we have a record of your sales transaction and can accommodate you. Please return to your point of purchase as soon as you discover you have misplaced your ticket(s). We will confirm your seating and issue a “Location Pass”, which you will pick up at the Will Call window one hour before your performance. For security purposes Location Passes will not be mailed. Identification and payment verification will be needed when you pick up the tickets. If your tickets were purchased through an unauthorized ticket reseller, we cannot guarantee replacement.
If you are at the theatre, go to the box office and they will be able to assist you.
Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued. Pending show approval, we will attempt to accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
