Subscribers get priority access to seats before tickets go on sale to the public. Subscribers will be notified later this spring when additional tickets for the 2018/19 season become available for purchase.

DUE TO THE ANTICIPATED DEMAND FOR HAMILTON, SOME SPECIAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS WILL APPLY. Subscribers will have the ability to purchase additional tickets for most shows prior to the public on-sale, however subscribers will not have access to purchase additional tickets to HAMILTON.

Subscribers will be notified of the date of the HAMILTON public on-sale.


Broadway in Fort Lauderdale Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets should a conflict arise. Click here for directions on how to exchange tickets. Please note that ticket exchanges for 18/19 season shows are not available at the time of renewal. You will receive a notification when your access begins.


Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. All exchanges are subject to availability. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced seating location or performance. For the 2017/18 season, refunds will not be given when exchanging into a lower priced performance or seating location - and note there is a $3.00 per ticket handling fee to exchange your tickets over the phone. For the 2018/19 season or seating location and exchanges will be fee-free through all channels. Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance for performances Tuesday through Saturday or by 5PM on Friday for Sunday performances.

Is your Adobe Flash Player up to date? It must be updated to see the interactive seating map to choose your own seats. 


Many features in your online subscriber account like the interactive seating map depend heavily on Adobe Flash Player, and we have learned the most common fix to issue of the seating map not loading is to install, update or enable Adobe Flash Player. Keep in mind that most mobile devices and tablets are not compatible with Flash and you will need to use a desktop/laptop computer when exchanging tickets, upgrading your seats or to purchase additional seats using the interactive seating map. Additionally, we suggest clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies on a regular basis.

2018/19 Subscription Packages

The price of each full subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $37 in handling fees, facility fees totaling $31.75 for 6 show packages or $37 for 7 show packages, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Broadway Premiere or CLUB LEVEL subscription fees noted below. Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions in the CLUB LEVEL include an additional $70 per ticket per show fee. The CLUB LEVEL experience includes: complimentary valet parking, private lounge access, premium open bar, plentiful hors d’oeuvres, extra-plush theater seats and desserts and coffee. The CLUB LEVEL fee is retained 100% by the Broward Center for the Performing Arts to cover the cost of these benefits, which are available only to CLUB LEVEL ticket holders. 

Broadway Premiere subscriptions (Orchestra Rows D-X, Orchestra Boxes and Mezzanine Rows A and B) include a $100 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Broadway Premiere Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these Subscribers, prior to seats being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits, such as parking discount, concessions discounts, and a concierge hotline for tickets in New York are included in the Broadway Premiere package.



Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and your fellow audience members. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theatre. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.


A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age. Parents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their children.


Accessible seating, assistive listening amplification system, and American Sign Language interpretation are available. If you have an emergency issue that needs to be addressed prior to a show, and outside of our normal business hours, please contact the venue. Broward Center for the Performing Arts emergency phone line is 954.468.3338. Anyone calling the theatre in an emergency must know your name and seat location, so please be sure to leave this information with family or babysitters.


We want to make sure you continue to receive important information on a timely basis. In order to ensure the security of your account all changes must be submitted in writing. There are a few easy ways to make changes to your phone, address, or e-mail:

1. Log in to the Subscriber’s online account at Under the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of the webpage, select “Manage My Tickets” and login using your account ID/e-mail address and password.

2. E-mail with your account number, old address, new address, and phone number.

If you have purchased from an authorized ticket source, such as,, or the Broward Center's AutoNation box office, we have a record of your sales transaction and can accommodate you. Should your tickets become lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at 800.764.0700 (M - F, 9AM – 5PM), so we can arrange to have your tickets reprinted for you. If you are at the theatre, go to the Broadway Across America box office window and they will be able to assist you. For the security of your account, lost or stolen reprints will not be mailed or emailed. They will be held at Will Call for pickup an hour before your scheduled performance. Proper ID is required. Please note, lost tickets cannot be exchanged.


Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America®. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.

When reviewing prices listed on your tickets, they will not add up to the total amount paid. Ticket prices listed do not include season handling fees or Patron Club per subscription seat fees. As a Season Subscriber, you are entitled to purchase a season parking voucher at a reduced rate.

Parking Passes are no longer available for the 2017/18 season. Information on how to purchase discount parking passes for the 2018/19 season will be sent with your tickets in late summer.

Set Up My Mobile Tickets

  1. In your mobile device browser, go to

  4. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.

  5. Click on your upcoming event or select VIEW ALL at the bottom of your list of Upcoming Events.

  6. Check the Box for the specific performance.

  7. Review your choice and click on the box.
