The Addams Family - National Tour

The weird and wonderful family comes to devilishly delightful life.

Jesse Sharp and KeLeen Snowgren to Lead New Cast of The Addams Family National Tour

There’s a new family moving in. Jesse Sharp and KeLeen Snowgren are the new stars of The Addams Family national tour playing Gomez and Morticia, respectively. The rest of the clan includes Shaun Rice as Uncle Fester, Amanda Bruton as Grandma, Jennifer Fogarty as Wednesday and Jeremy Todd Shinder as Pugsley. The tour, which begins February 1 in New Haven, is scheduled to play cities including Appleton, Fort Lauderdale, San Antonio, Omaha and Portland.

Based on the bizarre and beloved characters created by Charles Addams, this macabre musical finds the Addams clan put to the test when outsiders come to dinner, hurling Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Fester, Grandma and Lurch headlong into a night that will change the family forever.

Sharp has toured in Grease and Henry and Mudge, and has been seen regionally in The Wedding Singer and Lend Me a Tenor. Snowgren has been on tour in Spamalot, Hairspray, The Producers and The Will Rogers Follies.

The cast also includes Dan Olson as Lurch, Mark Poppleton as Mal Beineke, Blair Anderson as Alice Beineke and Bryan Welnicki as Lucas Beineke. The ensemble will feature James Michael Avance, Chloe O. Davis, Jake Delaney, Lexie Dorsett, Aaron Fried, Elizabeth Hake, Julia Lancione, Katie Mebane, Galloway Stevens and Julio Catano Yee.

The Addams Family features a book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa. The production is directed by Jerry Zaks with choreography by Sergio Trujillo. The scenic and costume designs are by Phelim McDermott and Julian Crouch with set adaptations by James Kronzer. The lighting design is by Natasha Katz, with the sound design by Craig Cassidy and puppetry by Basil Twist.
