Come From Away

Credit will be issued when you click on the “CREDIT MY BROADWAY ACCOUNT” button in the email you received or automatically if you do not respond by the April 7, 2020 deadline referred to above. Credits will be applied to all applicable accounts on or about April 8, 2020. Credit value will be inclusive of the face value of your tickets and any per ticket or per order service, handling, and/or processing charges on subscription additional, group sales, and eCLUB tickets. Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets for Broadway in Fort Lauderdale performances (including season subscriptions, additional subscription tickets, eCLUB tickets, group sales tickets, seat upgrades and exchanges). Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Credit is non-transferable and can only be used for orders associated with your account. To obtain the balance of your Credit, please call 1.800.764.0700 (Season Subscribers) or 1.866.880.9572 (Non-Subscribers) or log in to your account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/ccetsth (Season Subscribers) or https://am.ticketmaster.com/ccet (Non-Subscribers). In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. This credit will be usable until redeemed in full pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets for Broadway in Fort Lauderdale performances at the Broward Center (including season subscriptions, additional subscription tickets, seat upgrades and exchanges). Donations

Come From Away, Bandstand, To Kill A Mockingbird

The Broward Performing Arts Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Your donation will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Broward Performing Arts Foundation will send you a tax receipt by January 31, 2021. Please contact the Broward Performing Arts Foundation directly should you have any questions regarding your receipt. Selecting the “DONATE THE VALUE OF MY TICKETS” option instead of receiving a refund for cancelled performances constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once you have made this selection and the donation is applied, that refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you.
